Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making Ovify accessible under the European Accessibility Act and WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

This Accessibility Statement is published by Appify sp. z o.o. in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring the accessibility of certain products and services.

1. Commitment

We are committed to making the Ovify mobile application (the "App") accessible to as many people as possible, including users with vision, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities. We aim for the App to align with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the EN 301 549 harmonized European standard, adapted to mobile-native conventions.

4. Feedback and compatibility

If you find an accessibility issue, or you need information from the App in an alternative format, please email support@ovify.app. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide a remediation plan within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response and you reside in Poland, you may lodge a complaint with the Państwowy Fundusz Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych (PFRON) or another competent authority designated under the Polish Act of 26 April 2024.

5. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 2026-05-18 based on a self-assessment of the App by Appify sp. z o.o. It is reviewed at least annually and whenever a significant feature change is released.
